Jason truly offers a bespoke service tailored to our needs as a seller. We tried other high street agencies previously but without success. They all seem to put their best person forward to secure the listing however viewings were performed by inexperienced sales people. They also over valued but then loose interest quickly if no offers come through in the first 3 weeks. This was followed by a request to reduce the price, an all-too-common industry practice. Jason was very different, firstly his communications were excellent with all feedback open and honest and immediately after each viewing which the other agencies failed to do. His knowledge of the market was extensive backed up by years of experience and was able to provide honest advice , not just to us as the sellers but also to the prospective buyers. As a result this developed trust. Jason was not pushy at all , he vetted carefully potential buyers on our behalf to maximise quality viewings. This was particularly important for us as our property was relatively close to a busy road which discouraged some buyers. After persistence and less than 6 weeks since the listing we ended up with 5 offers. A great result and we thoroughly recommend Jason over any high street agencies.
